WashersUSA.com's Length to Specification Spacers are molded in corrosion resistant, electrically insulating, Nylon 6/6. Available in standard O.D./I.D. combinations molded to your specified length. Length must be specified in .001 inch increments (+/-.005).

Spacers are not stocked. They are molded to your order requirements. - No samples available .
Order quantities are subject to 10% to 20% variation.
Minimum order quantity 1,000 pcs.
Tolerances O.D. +/-.015 inches. I.D. and Length +/-.005 inches.
Available in natural Nylon 6/6 only.
Parts can be dyed black at no additional cost, dyed parts may be out of tolerance.

To order this item, add the desired length to the last four digits of the item number. Example - 1/4 OD X .140 ID X .125 Long.
